The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) acknowledges receipt of your email related to Forms F10 served by the Applicant.
The Forms F10 have not been filed with the HRTO.
An adjudicator has recently reviewed the 4 above referenced files and issued instructions to the Applicant with submissions due by April 26, 2024.
Notices of Intent to Dismiss, similar to the one attached (re. ****-*****-*), have been issued for files ****-*****-*, ****-*****-* and ****-*****-*.
Pending decision after review of the Applicant’s submissions once the April 26th deadline has passed, no further action is required at this time.

Is there a specific reason why a DSBN lawyer can secretly communicate with the HRTO in private by email / letter, requesting a “hasty” review and final judgment or order without including our family?
Njeri Damali Sojourner-Campbell states that she “regularly defends employers before the Human Rights Tribunal, at labor arbitrations and in courts.” She is therefore knowledgeable about the protocols when working with the HRTO.
And yet Njeri Damali Sojourner-Campbell has clearly demonstrate that she is willing to act in bad faith as she tried to exclude our family from her correspondence with the HRTO in an attempt to gain favoritism via a one-sided argument.
Incredibly Njeri Damali Sojourner-Campbell states “We request the Tribunal to conduct an initial “cursory review”, or to put it another way, a “hasty and therefore not thorough or detailed” review of the content filed by applicants.
That fact that Njeri Damali Sojourner-Campbell is willing to behave in this unprofessional manner, clearly show that she has no fear and is more than comfortable with the idea of trying to request a decision/order from the HRTO via secret communication. What would make her think she can do this?
And the question arises on the lack of correction and guidance to Njeri Damali Sojourner-Campbell’s by the HRTO about her inappropriate behavior and attempts to steal a favorable judgment? Makes our family uneasy and wonder, once again, about the HRTO’s current views about or family and what appears to maybe be its inability to be want to stay neutral.
Therefore, as a result of Njeri Damali Sojourner-Campbell’s attempt to pilfer and deny our family’s opportunity to respond to her ridiculous and unnecessary “cursory review” that she sent yesterday, February 28, 2024, by email to the HRTO. We wish to notify the HRTO that we wish reply when Njeri Damali Sojourner-Campbell request when properly submit.
We would like some calcification from the HRTO on how this was allowed to happen.

The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) confirms that, as of today, there are no Forms 10 (Requests for an Order During Proceedings) and no extension request communication on file.
Please file all Forms 10 along with Form 23 (Statement of Delivery) with the Tribunal.
The HRTO’s email dated March 28, 2024, in response to the March 27, 2024 email from Hicks Morley Hamilton Stewart Storie LLP (referencing 3 Forms 10 having been served by the Applicants), indicated that the Tribunal was not in receipt of the Forms 10.
Your document titled ‘Our Submission’ for the above referenced files will be reviewed by the adjudicator. Instructions for next steps will be provided once available.
This is also a reminder that until the Notice of Application is issued by the HRTO and sent to all parties, you are not required to copy anyone at the DSBN or any other organization. Once the Response (Form 2) is shared you then copy the respondents or their representative, if any, on all your communications with hrto.registrar@ontario.ca – Thank you.

We would like response to each individual email as it was sent. The HRTO has a habit of confusing issues by combining everything in one mass response, and it makes it very hard for us to understand what topic is being address and from what email they are discussing.
