“Working together in a mutually respectful manner!”
Discussion: Jacqueline Ravazzolo Email – October 6, 2022

50.2 Here Jacqueline Ravazzolo tries the same thing in her last line in her email. “I am confident that we can work together in a mutually respectful manner.” What is “respectful manner” supposed to mean?

50.3 It had been an uneventful interaction with the father earlier that day while in his employer’s car. In actuality it was the S. Smith that had accompanied Jacqueline Ravazzolo, who said, “WOW, WHAT AN ASSHOLE!” about the father. Is that what the DSBN and Jacqueline Ravazzolo mean by “working together in a mutually respectful manner?”

50.3 It had been an uneventful interaction with the father earlier that day while in his employer’s car. In actuality it was S. Smith that had accompanied Jacqueline Ravazzolo, who said, “WOW, WHAT AN ASSHOLE!” about the father. Is that what the DSBN and Jacqueline Ravazzolo mean by “working together in a mutually respectful manner?”

50.4 Jacqueline Ravazzolo also had a one-sided heated phone conversation with the father only as a result of her bullying personality. Remember how the father had to yell at her to “SHUT-UP” after the three times that she repeatedly interrupted him and wouldn’t let him finish his thoughts. The same phone call that Jacquelin Ravazzolo attempted to impose her beliefs onto him and prevented him from voicing his own. Is that what the DSBN and Jacqueline Ravazzolo mean by “working together in a mutually respectful manner?”

50.5 Let us not forget to remember where Jacqueline Ravazzolo told Mary Anne Gage “she also shared with you you’re your son handled the situation really well. At this point the conversation escalated.” Again, what parent would be “escalated” to receive a compliment that their child handled an abusive scenario well? Is that what the DSBN and Jacqueline Ravazzolo mean by “working together in a mutually respectful manner?”

50.6 Jacqueline Ravazzolo continues to develop a pattern of exaggerating to how others reacted to her unprofessional behavior in an effort to skew the story by showing the parent as an unreasonable, controlling and respectful in a routine that many school boards in Ontario follow.

50.7 Instead it appears that Jacqueline Ravazzolo needs to work on her own ability to work “together in a mutually respectful manner!”

50.8 But again it is easier for the DSBN, Mary Anne Gage and Jacqueline Ravazzolo to imply and suggest the father as the problem instead of looking in the mirror and accept responsibility for their own personal problems and inappropriate behavior.
