Promoting Females Compared Against All Racialized Groups
8.1 The Turner Consulting Group proved that the priority for the DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki is to;
- a. Hire more women over men,
- b. Place more Persons with Disabilities in a Permanent Full-time capacity than racialized individuals,
- c. Put more Persons with Disabilities in a Casual Temporary capacity than racialized individuals,
8.2 But once more, things don’t end there!
8.3 The DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki also have a major and biased practice of hiring and promoting virtually exclusively female teachers, vice principals, and principals across the board.
8.4 And even in this graph you can see that the 8 racialized groups are;
- a. 64% less likely to gain employment as a teacher over a female
- b. 4% less likely to gain employment as a teacher over Persons with a Disability.
- c. 65% less likely to gain employment as a vice principals over a female
- d. 3% less likely to gain employment as a vice principal over Persons with a Disability.
- e. 58% less likely to gain employment as a principals over a female
- f. 1% less likely to gain employment as a principal over Persons with a Disability.
8.5 And at what point in time was this racist, bias and sexist behavior was never acceptable by the DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki?
8.6 And the DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki want everyone, including racialized families to think that no DSBN teacher or DSBN support staff could possibly be racist or biased towards a racialized child/student at any of their incredibly racial-friendly Organizational Whiteness schools!
8.7 Any person with two working synapse would understands and acknowledges that the police discriminate against racialized groups. That the government discriminates against racialized individual’s and their access to medical treatment and their capacity to even practice medicine in Canada. That racism and hate crimes are on the rise in Canada. And that the Turner Consulting Group found the DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki were racist against racialized individuals and sexist against males when filing job positions within the DSBN with Caucasian females!
8.8 Once more, it is quite evident that DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki have been engaging in this illegal discriminatory, sexist, and racist hiring practice for a very long time. It did not suddenly happen overnight when you have filled 66% of your entire workforce with females according to the workforce census.
